St Paul’s CofE Primary School Pendeford ran a ‘Heritage week’ recently. Angela Daniel, headteacher, writes,
“The children spent the week learning traditional dances, tasting foods, hearing and making music, creating family trees and coats of arms, having English tea parties, acting out stories from around the world, terrifying us with the haka, dressing up in traditional costumes – to name just a few activities.
We all rejoiced in our own uniqueness, felt a wonderful sense of community together and learned a lot!”
Below are some photos of the event.
