Four of the recommendations within this document:

• embedding professional learning programs and networks which effectively combine approaches to leadership
• sustaining a culture of improvement with RE, Collective Worship and SIAMS.

2 places are allocated for each MAT serving Church schools in the Diocese of Lichfield.
