This course will be offered as a one day in person event and repeated in 3 twilight sessions, you must commit to all 3 sessions if you choose this option.

A full day, in person, session to support leaders new to RE leadership. This session will provide information about the legal status and importance of RE, RE, Ofsted and SIAMS, the role of SACRE and the locally agreed syllabus and how to plan and assess RE that is balanced, engaging and meaningful.
During this session, there will be opportunities to reflect on the most recent RE research and educational practice. The session will also provide signposting to useful website and resources, further training and RE networks and practical ideas to help to promote, enable and ‘evidence’ high quality RE across all key stages.
