The Senior Leaders Online Update will provide a termly review of developments within the context of Church of England Schools, as well as considering emerging developments on the horizon.
A regular focus of these meetings will include:
- Responding to DfE updates within the context of the Diocesan Strategy for School Development
- Continuous and sustainable Church School Improvement matters (including SIAMS Inspections)
- Placing children and young people instructively at the heart of the diocesan vision and strategy
- Professional learning programmes and networking opportunities for teachers, leaders and governor development
An opportunity to reflect, collaborate and respond alongside local leaders will be programmed into these sessions, so that the local context of each school community can be considered.
