A full day, in person, session for practitioners who are new to leading RE.

During this session, there will be opportunities to reflect on the most recent RE research and educational practice. New leaders of RE will be introduced to the role and the associated responsibilities of leading RE in a Church school. Leaders will be supported to develop an effective curriculum which meets the requirements of the Statement of Entitlement. There will also be opportunities to explore available RE monitoring resources and consider how these can be used to determine the impact of RE in their own setting.
