Further Details:

TSSMAT was founded primarily to support small schools working in rural communities and to provide the very best education possible for those communities. We operate with a shared focus on education which raises achievement across all schools providing rich opportunities for children, staff and families.

Our schools aim to foster a Christian, caring ethos where children can thrive by celebrating achievement and making sure they feel valued and secure. All children are taught to respect others, are provided with exciting learning opportunities, and are held to high standards and expectations of behaviour and attendance.

Our Trust operates on the belief that all schools can improve, and together they support each other to achieve this. While academies within TSSMAT retain their own identity and characteristics, they are committed to the success of the whole trust and their visions underpin our Trust’s vision. A key operational mechanism for school improvement is “school to school support across the Trust”. This is facilitated by the CEO and Headteachers and utilities our expertise in our phase leaders and curriculum champions across our schools.Collaboration and partnership is key to our family approach and success.
